Terms and Conditions |
Delivery
-
All deliveries will be handled by
our appointed courier company in which a delivery
tracking number will be emailed to you when we
dispatch out the goods. You will be able to track
your order via the link provided in the email.
We, however, are not able to
guarantee the exact delivery date as all goods are
delivered through a 3rd party delivery service
provider.

In normal circumstances, our
customers will receive their orders within 7~10
working days from the date of Order Confirmation*.
Please allow additional 1-3 days if photo touch up
or special effect is required, which subject to
customer review and approval.
Order Confirmation – An order is considered as
‘confirmed’ once the payment is made in full. Order
that has not make the payment, be it partial or
whole, will not be processed until it has been paid
in full.

All our products are packed to
ship internationally. For any order that requires to
ship outside Malaysia, please contact us for the
international shipment charges. Kindly note that
additional customs charges may incurred in some
countries, we recommend that you check with your
local customs officials or post centre for more
information regarding importation taxes/duties.

Return/Refund policy

Any returns
or exchanges as set out below can only be made after
a Return Authorization Number (RAN) has been
issued by us. We reserve the right to refuse any
returns if this procedure is not followed.

To obtain
your RAN, you must first contact us via
email, including your details of purchase and
Order Reference Number, to inform us of your
intentions. This must be done within 30 days
of receiving your order.

You may
return goods and receive a refund within 30 days
from the date of delivery. Goods must be returned as
set out in their original condition and with all
packaging intact.

If the goods
delivered are faulty or have been damaged in
transit, then we will either exchange the goods free
of charge, or give you a full refund including
delivery costs, providing the goods are returned to
us within 30 days from the date of delivery.

All other
returns goods (which are not listed in Item 2
above) will be subjected to standard courier charges
that to be borne by the customer.

We will not
accept returns for any non-faulty items after 30
days have elapsed or for items that have been
used.
-
Bespoke
products such as personalized art work or photos
and bespoke coloured or sized designs
requested by you are not returnable under this
agreement unless defective.

When
returning goods, please ensure that to enclose your
original receipt/invoice so that we can identify
your consignment on arrival.

For your
protection we strongly recommend that you use a
recorded delivery service to return goods. Proof
of posting is not proof of receipt and all goods
remain the responsibility of the customer until they
are received by us.

All goods
must be in their original condition and with
all packaging intact, as we cannot exchange
used goods. Due to the delicate nature of art
prints, canvas panels must be wrapped
individually, as provided, to prevent
scratching.

Following
receipt of returned goods as set out above, refunds
will be processed within 14 days. Refunds will be
credited via the original purchaser's payment
method.

Cancellation
Should you wish to cancel any order after making
payment, cancellation can only be made via the
standard refund process as per our
Refund/Returns Policy. If you cancel payment
with your card provider rather than following our
refund policy, you will be liable for fee that
provider charges us.

Copyright
By sending us your image, you are automatically
acknowledging that you are the copyright owner of
this image, or have obtained permission from the
copyright owner in written form, which permits us to
print it in accordance with your order.

Unclaimed
Order
-
All goods that require
delivery will be sent to the mailing address
provided by the customer that is captured in our
system. If there is any change to the mailing
address or contact details, customer is advice
to notify us immediately to avoid any delay or
missing order.

Should there be any
undelivered goods caused by the wrong mailing
address given, and the customer is unreachable,
we shall retain the undelivered goods for a
period of 3 months from the date of delivery.
After which it shall be treated as Unclaimed
Order and it will be destroyed without any
further notice to the customer.

Privacy
Policy

It is our policy not to reveal,
share, or sell any of our customer’s information to
any 3rd party without the prior consent and written
permission from our customer. All information
provided by our customer while making the order,
which includes uploaded images/photos, name and
contact details are for the purpose of processing
the order, and also to enable us to communicate with
the customer. You can rest assured that all your
personal information will be kept strictly
confidential at all times.

Customer whom has made a purchase
with us will automatically be added into our regular
mailing list to receive our latest news and product
offers. As this is merely a service to keep customer
informed of what we are offering from time to time,
customer has the full right to unsubscribe from our
mailing list by simply clicking on the Unsubscribe
link at the bottom of the email sent, should they
decided not to receive such notification anymore in
the future.

All credit card orders made
through our web portal is link to our international
credit card processing vendor (PayPal)
who uses the latest secure transaction technology,
and is compliant with the worldwide card association
security initiatives. No credit card information
will be passed to us as to protect your card
confidentiality with the stringent control measures
offered by the credit card procession vendor. For
